  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 5 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 drops liquid stevia


  • Prepare a double boiler over medium heat. Whisk together egg yolks and arrowroot powder. Pour in coconut milk slowly, whisking until mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and liquid stevia.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
