Instructions
Prepare a double boiler over medium heat. Whisk together egg yolks and arrowroot powder. Pour in coconut milk slowly, whisking until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and liquid stevia.
Pour mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
