Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 4 T grass-fed butter melted
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1 T coconut aminos
- 4 T hot sauce or to taste
- 1 lb chicken wings
- ½ t garlic powder
- ½ t salt
- ½ t black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the butter, smoked paprika, coconut aminos, and hot sauce. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter to coat evenly. Season the chicken with the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to coat chicken pieces well.
- Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 350°F, for 7 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for 8 minutes.
- Increase the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken wings to a large bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
