Ginger Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 T coconut aminos
- 1 1- inch piece fresh ginger peeled and minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 lb chicken wings about 12
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut aminos, ginger, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate the chicken wings for 10 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the chicken in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with the lime wedges and serve immediately.
