Turkey Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 30 oz diced tomatoes with juices
- 16 oz sugar free tomato sauce
- 15 oz green beans
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- ½ T garlic powder
- 2 t dried oregano
- 1 t sea salt
- ¼ t black pepper
Optional Toppings:
- Shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Sour cream
- Sliced jalapeños
- Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, add all the ingredients except the toppings. With a wooden spoon, break up the ground turkey. Stir the ingredients to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. If possible, stir occasionally.
- Divide in between serving bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
