Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 30 oz diced tomatoes with juices
  • 16 oz sugar free tomato sauce
  • 15 oz green beans
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 1 T chili powder
  • ½ T garlic powder
  • 2 t dried oregano
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, add all the ingredients except the toppings. With a wooden spoon, break up the ground turkey. Stir the ingredients to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. If possible, stir occasionally.
  • Divide in between serving bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
