Ingredients
  

  • 2 t smoked paprika
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1 t black pepper
  • ½ t onion powder
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • ½ t dried oregano
  • ½ t dried rosemary
  • ½ t dried thyme
  • 4 medium bone-in, skin on turkey legs (about 4 to 5 lbs total)
  • 1 T olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.
  • With a paper towel, pat the turkey legs dry. Rub the oil evenly over each turkey leg. Rub the herb mixture generously on each turkey leg.
  • In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, place the herbed turkey legs. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the leg registers 170°F.
