Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops.
  • 16 oz broccoli (chopped)
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes.
  • 6 garlic cloves (peeled).
  • 3 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
  • In a large ovenproof dish, place broccoli, tomatoes, garlic and mixed herbs; drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Fry the pork on both sides until lightly browned.
  • Place the chops in the dish with the vegetables; lower the temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
