In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.
With a paper towel, pat the turkey legs dry. Rub the oil evenly over each turkey leg. Rub the herb mixture generously on each turkey leg.
In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, place the herbed turkey legs. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the leg registers 170°F.
