In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the butter, smoked paprika, coconut aminos, and hot sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter to coat evenly. Season the chicken with the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir to coat chicken pieces well.
Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 350°F, for 7 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for 8 minutes.
Increase the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
Transfer the chicken wings to a large bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
