Keto Tex-Mex Style Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (the more fat, the better)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped into fine dice
- ½ C mayonnaise
- ½ tsp smoked chipotle powder
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with chili, garlic, onion and cumin powders. Form 6 burger patties.
- Brush olive oil all around each burger and fry or grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of each burger reaches 165 F.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix mayonnaise and smoked chipotle powder. Serve on the side.
