Keto Tex-Mex Style Burger

- 1 lb ground beef (the more fat, the better)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped into fine dice
- ½ C mayonnaise
- ½ tsp smoked chipotle powder
Mix ground beef with chili, garlic, onion and cumin powders. Form 6 burger patties.
Brush olive oil all around each burger and fry or grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of each burger reaches 165 F.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix mayonnaise and smoked chipotle powder. Serve on the side.
