Power Trail Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ T paprika
- ½ t garlic powder
- ¼ t chili powder
- ½ t sea salt
- ¼ t black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 8 minutes, until the nuts are lightly browned and crunchy.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.
