- 225 g 8 oz beef brisket
- 1 cup bone broth.
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Season the beef brisket with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Place it in a roasting pan or Dutch oven. Cover the pan tightly with foil or a lid. Cook in the oven for 4-6 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shreds apart.
- Warm the bone broth in a saucepan over medium heat and serve alongside the slow-cooked beef brisket.
