Keto Instant Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold espresso-style coffee
- ¾ cup half-and-half
- 3-4 Tbsp stevia sweetener granulated
- 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine coffee, half-and-half, stevia, cocoa powder, grassfed collagen protein powder and cinnamon in a high-speed blender.
- Blend about one minute on high-speed mode.
- Pour into glasses or cups and serve.
