Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen fruit blueberries,strawberries, raspberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2-3 raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened milk substitute hemp, pea, rice, coconut, almond
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until desired consistency.
- To thicken, add more frozen fruit. To thin, add more milk substitute. During non-liquid days of the plan, you can also
- make a smoothie bowl by using this shake as a base, and top with fresh fruit, granola or coconut flakes.
