Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ghee (you can use coconut oil but it tastes way better with ghee)
  • Erythritol or stevia to taste
  • 1 oz (28g) 100% chocolate broken into small pieces

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil or ghee.
  • Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, and sweetener in a small bowl to form adough.
  • Carefully fold in the chocolate chunks.
  • Divide into 6 individual small ramekins or cups.
