- 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ghee (you can use coconut oil but it tastes way better with ghee)
- Erythritol or stevia to taste
- 1 oz (28g) 100% chocolate broken into small pieces
Melt the coconut oil or ghee.
Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, and sweetener in a small bowl to form adough.
Carefully fold in the chocolate chunks.
Divide into 6 individual small ramekins or cups.
