Spicy Cauliflower Popcorn
Ingredients
- ½ cup crushed pork rinds
- 1 t garam masala
- ½ t turmeric
- 1 t Indian chili powder
- ¼ t sea salt
- ¼ t black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix pork rinds, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Dip the cauliflower into the eggs and mix well, making sure each piece of cauliflower is coated well. Add the pork rind mixture to the bowl and toss to coat the cauliflower.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the cauliflower pieces over and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
