Strawberry Cashew Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 6 g freeze-dried strawberries about ¼ cup
- 1 cup cashew butter
- ½ t monk fruit powder to taste
- 1 T lemon juice
- ½ t vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with an “S” blade.
- Process until the batter is smooth and everything is mixed in.
- Take 2 silicone ice cube molds, and use a tablespoon to fill the individual cavities.
- Freeze for 4 hours until solid.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
