  • 1 large Egg (Whole)
  • 4 oz Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 7 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 6-well donut pan with non-stick spray.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times, scraping the container between pulses.
  • Pour into donut pan and bake for 13 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
