Strawberry Cashew Fat Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 g freeze-dried strawberries about ¼ cup
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ½ t monk fruit powder to taste
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • ½ t vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with an “S” blade.
  • Process until the batter is smooth and everything is mixed in.
  • Take 2 silicone ice cube molds, and use a tablespoon to fill the individual cavities.
  • Freeze for 4 hours until solid.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
