Nut-Berry Protein Shake.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen fruit blueberries,strawberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2-3 raw walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • ΒΌ avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk substitute hemp, pea, rice, coconut, almond
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until desired consistency.
  • To thicken, add more frozen fruit. To thin, add more milk substitute. During non-liquid days of the plan, you can also
  • make a smoothie bowl by using this shake as a base, and top with fresh fruit, granola or coconut flakes.
