Pomegranate-Cherry Smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup plain organic yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch each of cinnamon and salt
  • 2 cups ice


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency.
