Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the nut mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 8 minutes, until the nuts are lightly browned and crunchy.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.
