Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup pecan nuts
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ T paprika
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • ¼ t chili powder
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add the almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Add the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the nut mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 8 minutes, until the nuts are lightly browned and crunchy.
  • Remove from the oven and cool completely before serving.
