Keto Traditional Lamb Legs Dish (Crock Pot)
Ingredients
- 3 lbs lamb legs cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh chopped thyme
- 1/2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups full-fat yogurt
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the lamb, season with the salt, cover and leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Next day, pour the oil in your Slow Cooker and add the lamb chunks. Sprinkle with thyme and parsley and pour the lemon juice and water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
- Whisk the eggs, yogurt and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the lamb in Slow Cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Serve hot.
