Keto Traditional Lamb Legs Dish (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs lamb legs cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped thyme
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups full-fat yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lamb, season with the salt, cover and leave it in the fridge overnight.
  • Next day, pour the oil in your Slow Cooker and add the lamb chunks. Sprinkle with thyme and parsley and pour the lemon juice and water.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
  • Whisk the eggs, yogurt and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the lamb in Slow Cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot.
