Keto Traditional Lamb Legs Dish (Crock Pot)

- 3 lbs lamb legs cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh chopped thyme
- 1/2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups full-fat yogurt
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wash the lamb, season with the salt, cover and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Next day, pour the oil in your Slow Cooker and add the lamb chunks. Sprinkle with thyme and parsley and pour the lemon juice and water.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
Whisk the eggs, yogurt and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the lamb in Slow Cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Serve hot.
