  • 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 1 packet of stevia sweetener granulated
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • Combine all ingredients together in a freezer-safe bowl.
  • Stir well and place and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and place into high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve
