- 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 1 packet of stevia sweetener granulated
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients together in a freezer-safe bowl.
Stir well and place and freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and place into high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
