Ingredients
- 2 stalks of celery
- 3 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup fennel bulb shredded
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 2 tsp spirulina
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a food processor or a blender add the celery, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, kale, fennel bulb, spirulina, water and ice cubes.
- Blend until well incorporated.
- Serve and enjoy.
