  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup fennel bulb shredded
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • 2 cups water
  • Ice cubes


  • In a food processor or a blender add the celery, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, kale, fennel bulb, spirulina, water and ice cubes.
  • Blend until well incorporated.
  • Serve and enjoy.
