Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups superfine almond flour
  • cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium-sized bowl, mixing well.
  • Stir in melted butter to form a thick dough.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop dough and roll it into balls.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Store fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
