Keto Ginger Spice Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 2 cups superfine almond flour
- ⅔ cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium-sized bowl, mixing well.
- Stir in melted butter to form a thick dough.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop dough and roll it into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
