Instructions
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium-sized bowl, mixing well.
Stir in melted butter to form a thick dough.
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop dough and roll it into balls.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
