Keto Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 slices bacon
- ½ small white onion
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook diced and onion in a medium-high pan until cooked.
- Dice the zucchini into medium pieces, add to the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When done, remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley.
- Top the hash with ad fried egg and serve.
