Keto Spinach Feta Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- Salad
- ½ cup pecans
- 6 cups spinach
- ¼ cup red onions sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Toast pecans for 3 mins. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine the toasted pecans, spinach, red onion, and crumbled feta.
- Toss with dressing or serve with dressing on the side.
