Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb grass-fed sirloin steak sliced into thin strips
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 2 1-oz slices provolone cheese
  • 4 5-inch Keto sandwich rolls

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak with sea salt and black pepper.
  • In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over mediumhigh heat. Add the green pepper and onion and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, until the vegetablesare soft. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • To the same skillet, add the seasoned steak in one layer and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Return the pepper and onion to the skillet, stir, andcook until hot.
  • Reduce the heat to low and top the steak with the provolone slices. Place the skillet under the broiler and broil until the cheese melts.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the Keto sandwich rolls and serve immediately.
