In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over mediumhigh heat. Add the green pepper and onion and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, until the vegetablesare soft. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
To the same skillet, add the seasoned steak in one layer and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Return the pepper and onion to the skillet, stir, andcook until hot.
Reduce the heat to low and top the steak with the provolone slices. Place the skillet under the broiler and broil until the cheese melts.
Spoon the mixture onto the Keto sandwich rolls and serve immediately.
