Cheese Stuffed Beef Rolls
Ingredients
- 8 thin slices of beef sirloin or ribeye work well
- 4 slices of cheese choose high-quality, full-fat cheese for carnivore compliance
- Sea salt to taste
Optional:
- Black pepper or other carnivore-approved seasonings
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Slices: Lay out the thin slices of beef on a clean surface. If needed, you can gently pound them to make them slightly thinner and easier to roll.
- Season: Lightly season each beef slice with sea salt and any optional seasonings you prefer. Remember that cheese can be salty, so go easy on the salt if needed.
- Add Cheese: Place a slice of cheese on one end of each beef slice. You can fold the cheese slice in half to fit better if necessary.
- Roll Up: Carefully roll up each beef slice, starting from the end with the cheese. Roll them tightly to encase the cheese completely.
- Secure: If desired, you can use toothpicks to secure the rolls and prevent them from unraveling during cooking.
- Cook: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef rolls and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness. The cheese inside should be melted and gooey.
- Serve: Remove the beef rolls from the grill or skillet and let them rest for a minute. If you used toothpicks, remember to remove them before serving. Serve the Cheese-Stuffed Beef Rolls while they are hot.
