Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 slices bacon
  • ½ small white onion
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook diced and onion in a medium-high pan until cooked.
  • Dice the zucchini into medium pieces, add to the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When done, remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley.
  • Top the hash with ad fried egg and serve.
