fresh parsley

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook diced and onion in a medium-high pan until cooked.
Dice the zucchini into medium pieces, add to the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When done, remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley.
Top the hash with ad fried egg and serve.
