Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- ¼ cup Honey Mix
- ¾ cup Xylitol
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place coconut milk, xylitol and Honey Mix in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in extra virgin coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt and mix. Place in fridge and allow mixture to cool completely before serving.
