can coconut milk

Honey Mix

Xylitol

Extra Virgin Coconut oil

vanilla extract

sea salt
Instructions
Place coconut milk, xylitol and Honey Mix in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add in extra virgin coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt and mix. Place in fridge and allow mixture to cool completely before serving.
