Keto Instant Warm Bok Choy Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp macadamia oil
- 1 lb Bok choy trimmed
- 1 cup water
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- Lemon juice from one lemon freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Wash the Bok choy under cold water and scrub off any dirt.
- Pour the macadamia oil in your Instant Pot cooker and place the Bok choy inside. Pour one cup or more water to just cover the stems.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 5 minutes.
- Pull out the leaves and stems with tongs, and put on a serving plate.
- Season the salt and pepper and pour the olive oil. Sprinkle lemon juice and sesame seeds and serve.
