Keto No-Bake Cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- ⅔ cup almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 4 drops of vanilla stevia
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Drop 2-inch spoonfuls of dough on to the lined tray.
- Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
