Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • cup almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 drops of vanilla stevia
  • cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Drop 2-inch spoonfuls of dough on to the lined tray.
  • Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
