Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean beef or turkey
- ½ t sea salt
- ¼ t black pepper freshly ground
- 1 t coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix the meat, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper together with a fork.
- Form into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil when hot.
- Cook the burgers until the desired temperature is reached.
