Ingredients
- 14 asparagus spears
- 2 tsp ghee
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F
- Line a rimmed sheet with parchment paper
- Melt ghee and coconut oil and brush onto asparagus spears. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Bake on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
