Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, place 1⁄2 cup of ice. Add the blueberries, almond milk, heavy cream, and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  • Add the avocado and remaining 1⁄2 cup of ice.
  • Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
