Keto Egg-Free Breakfast Hash
- 3 sausage links chopped
- 3 slices bacon chopped
- 1/2 cup golden beets chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Parsley dried
- 1 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 slices avocado for garnish
- Add the bacon to a large skillet on medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes. You'll use the bacon grease for cooking the rest of the ingredients.
- Add in the beets, peppers, and onions.
- Cook 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add in the spinach and sausage. Add in seasonings and herbs.
- Continue to cook another 3-5 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and turn off heat.
- Serve warm and garnish with avocado.
