- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 375 F
Line a rimmed sheet with parchment paper
Melt ghee and coconut oil and brush onto asparagus spears. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
