Ingredients
  

  • 14 asparagus spears
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  • Line a rimmed sheet with parchment paper
  • Melt ghee and coconut oil and brush onto asparagus spears. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Bake on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
