  • 1.5 cups 360 mcoconut milk (from carton or diluted canned coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons (30 chia seeds
  • 4 strawberries diced small
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the coconut milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, and stevia.
  • Pour mixture into a glass and place into fridge for 4 hours.
  • Mix the diced strawberries into the pudding and serve - reserve 1 teaspoon of diced strawber- ries for topping.
