- Stevia to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the coconut milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, and stevia.
- Pour mixture into a glass and place into fridge for 4 hours.
- Mix the diced strawberries into the pudding and serve - reserve 1 teaspoon of diced strawber- ries for topping.
