Keto Turkey Breasts with Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 turkey breasts, skinless and boneless
- 2 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- For salsa:
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 4.5 ounce olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 to matoes, chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Brush turkey breasts with olive oil and season with crushed peppercorns and salt. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat grill over high heat.
- Grill turkey breasts for 10 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
- In a bowl, mix together all salsa ingredients.
- Place salsa on a serving plate and top with chicken breasts.
