Keto Turkey Breasts with Salsa

  • 4 turkey breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • For salsa:
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 4.5 ounce olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 to matoes, chopped
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  • Brush turkey breasts with olive oil and season with crushed peppercorns and salt. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat grill over high heat.
  • Grill turkey breasts for 10 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix together all salsa ingredients.
  • Place salsa on a serving plate and top with chicken breasts.
