Ingredients
- 250 g steak about 9 ounces
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper, cook in medium heat oil for 3-4 minutes per side or cooked through to your liking.
- Fry eggs for 2-3 minutes in medium heat oil. Assemble dish and serve
